5 Unique and Unusual Twitter Tools

Since the launch of Twitter, the app-happy webs have flooded with thousands of tools to accompany this social media mogul dedicated to one singular purpose. Serve the Twitter. More specifically to selectively serve up the twitterverse’s offerings in so many different ways and through so many different interfaces. Of the applications available, some are extremely useful, some are purely crap, and some are just strange and fun. For this post, we will be focusing on the latter.

Riding the Twitter wave can be an interestingly insane ride as it stands. But when you add in tools like the ones we have assembled below, the craziness can get cranked up to eleven. If you haven’t already been exposed to these apps, then we highly recommend you dare down the wild side and take hold of the Twitter experience in a whole new way. Let go of the norm and see this social media giant in a whole new light. We promise it’ll never look the same again. **Promise not valid in Idaho, Kentucky, or any state existing in the continental and non-continental United States, or within the borders of the planet Earth as a whole. Promise applies solely to the metaphorical collective in the writer’s head who are never dissatisfied with his writings or disagree with his notions.
